I really liked using this app, even singing it’s praises to a friend or two until I decided to update my bio, next thing I know I’m banned? I emailed them about it and was met with rather rude and passive aggressive responses not giving me an exact reason why I was banned, making me think there was no real reason to begin with. Flipping between accusations of scam/selling for monetary value (which isn’t true and I’ve had men proposition this to me on this app and they’re still using it just fine) and then saying I was being disrespectful to someone and purposefully withholding information??? Their reasoning for that being “We do not give away the exact reason or situation so that you don’t get upset with anyone in particular.” Which to me seems a bit suspicious and unfair, who are they trying to protect? If someone reported me then sure fine whatever, you got your feelings hurt and took it out on my account, but to not tell me, blame me instead and make outrageous accusations is not it. Disgusting behavior from their “customer service” team preaching about respecting others then treating me like an inconvenience? Now they’re not responding to my emails, the last sentence I received from them was “If you don’t play by the rules — you lose. So, for now, that’s a goodbye.” Not sure who’s suffering from a main character power trip but this whole situation has been wild, and frankly a bit pathetic. Tread lightly if you decide to get this app.
