So I downloaded this game and really enjoyed it. I never purchase things in games but I spent over £100 on this game.... I was playing the game and tried to obtain a hero that it said I could obtain. I tried to get it and then it didn’t appear in my collection. I contacted customer services and it took the guy over 40 minutes on web chat to tell me it was a “glitch” I also lost another hero and the representative just apologised he didn’t even give me the heroes I lost. I did go on this game every single day but that won’t be happening anymore as I understand occasionally there may be a glitch but the customer service was poor. The game play itself is really good as I used to play clash of clans but looks like I will be going back to that game for the better customer service. Beware when spending as it seems they just take your money and don’t really care about the service you receive.

This game is amazing to play, different styles of playing, a great game to pass the time but eventually you hit a point where all they want is money, whenever there is a new event I feel like we shouldn’t have to spend money to even participate, it’s actually making me want to delete the app because of how much of a money grab this game is. But other than that I can’t really say much bad about it personally, the amount of heroes you can get, the anticipation as you’ve been saving up gems for a hero and you wonder wether it’s gonna be good or not, I love it. The guilds always make a fun way to communicate and work with friends and over all the amount of activities makes the game endless, most games eventually bore people because you eventually hit a dead end and have to wait for a new update, now for some people that might be the same for castle clash but those people have put so much time and effort into this game that I don’t think they would complain about it, with the slightly frequent updates and the free gems after every one, it brings so much more excitement to the game and I can’t wait for what comes in the future

I’ve been playing this game for about 3 to 4 years now, and I absolutely love this game! The new updates always bring new ways to test my heroes and battle other players in the pvp modes. People say that you’re putting lv 5 revites and many good heroes for a cheap price so you can bring your game back to popularity and make some more money, I just think that your releasing the lv 5 revites and the good heroes for cheap so you can place the heroes, enchantments and talents from the latest update in the higher priced packs. I love how your selling zephs for only £10 and valiant saintess with boreal fox for £20, the games a little pricy if you want to compete with the p2p and p2w’s but the new updates make up for it in my opinion. The game is a little hard as I’m not a p2w account but I get there in the end, talents are a pain too but I eventually get that talent to 10/10. I love playing your game and log in every day. I recently started up a f2p account and at only 17 days I have an evo walla and loads of lv 180 heroes. I would definitely recommend this game to a friend

I got this game in October 2013 and honestly I have played it non stop, I have never needed to spend money because the reward systems are so good that you can get the top guys just through continuous playing of the game. Customer support is great, I have given them ideas that were almost immediately implemented in the game I’ve sent bug reports and they changed it, released an update to fix it with the day this game and the team behind it are great friendly customers support with a knowledgeable staff member to help with whatever your issue or ideas. They helped with issues that were resolved within the day most times and with in three when mistakes were made by me. Great game been playing for ten years hardly had to spend any money at all to get an account with over 1 million might. I’ll still be here 10 years from now too
