Never really used this type of thing before so was nervous about using the app and making everything correct so I don't get stung by Mr ‘taxman’ but the app eased my nerves!Was surprised by how simple it is to use and well worth the £22 pounds for the year after your free trail and best of all, no annoying ‘pop up’ ads appear trying to flog you rubbish whilst your using the app!It's straightforward to use and if you have any questions about anything with the app, then the support team helps you out with your queries and attaches the link also for peace of mind and it also has a function where it enables you to send your invoices to your account / Taxman in a spreadsheet format with all the dates invoices attached also in order of day,month and year
Basic app with expensive subscriptions that increase mid term and freeze if you don’t pay!

I have used this app for a number of years however I have renewed my yearly subscription about a month ago I think it was for around £100 and yesterday they froze the app and want double more than my subscription to use more than 10 invoices a month. I’ve paid for a year with no mention of an increase and have no choice but to pay more in order to send out invoices. I have emailed support who replied at 2am and closed the query down at 4am because I did not reply. It used to be value for money but the developers are getting greedy for what really is a basic app with very little support when you need it.I’ll use it until the end of the tax year to make it a simpler transition to another app and find something else I suggest you do the same.

I’ve had this app for a while and it’s been great.... However... in the part few days I’ve not been able to open or use the app, which is problematic because I’m needing to send out a bunch of invoicesI raised the issue with the app providers ‘customer service’ but so far all that’s happened is I’ve been passed from one agent to another with no resolution and no timescale of when it’s likely to be resolved! If it’s not fixed by Monday 11th April (2022) I’ll have no alternative but to use a different provider and cancel my subscription with this app

Absolute joke this, I’ve happily used this simple program to make many invoices for the many many years no bother £6:99 a month. I don’t use any features I just want it simple and it was that. I send out many invoices for every little job I do being a contractor. Suddenly today I get a “1 invoice left upgrade” very strange I thought check subscription, yeah all fine contact support. We’ve adjusted our pricing, sorry it’s now £20 a month!! Didn’t tell me that I’ve now only 3 invoices a month for £6.99 when they auto took my cash 2 days ago. If this was communicated, you know maybe an email letting long term customers know in advance of the price hikes we could have cancelled before. What good to anyone is 3 invoices a month. Very disappointing and frankly just a rip off. I’ll never use this program again. Laters
