DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP ITS CONNING SCAMMING AND LIARS YOU NEED TO WAGER/WIN £1600 OFF YOUR MEASLY £40 BONUS BEFORE YOU SEE A PENNY TO WITHDRAW TOLD ME I HAD WON £28 THEN IT HAD BEEN RESTRICTED! £30 IS WHAT I DEPOSITED AND WONT BE RETURNING ACCOUNT CLOSED STAYING WITH BETWAY. I came here thinking this app would be better (none of them are) i deposited £15 and got 15 free spins n won 8p 🤣 so with my own £15 I played blazing bison won £9 then nothing it just takes it all back constant lightening strikes with no money in the win zone your lucky if you get over £2 when it does land otherwise its 20ps (small wins) mainly land when there’s no money but yes that’s fair and random 🙄why do they tell you they are fair and random 🤔 we all know they not random 1st time player and very disappointed not expecting to win big everytime but come on not even a bonus landed or anything i could withdraw!! Make your games fairer there are thousands playing in a game at a time must randomly let 1 or 2 players win! They tell you to contact customer support just for them to tell you the games are fair random and generated players can tell when the game is fair or not! Yes it’s gambling and I choice I make but this is just laughable all these casinos are the same lie to customers and take all your money! I won’t be a customer long and won’t waste large amounts of my money lining the pockets of greedy people £50 max then I’m leaving this site.

I always play fishing frenzy on all online casinos and have had many bonus wins in my time of playing. I’ve never seen such small wins ever before in a casino. Not sure if this is because there is not many people playing here or what. but I’m not just talking once I’ve had loads of bonus wins here and never been happy it’s so small it’s not even worth winning this is not just after your first. (Bit of luck) that you normally have when playing on new casinos. You don’t even git that here you lose from the off with wins that make you want to let others no. if your playing regular do not use this casino way better options out there. this must be in the bottom 100 easily.

Accessing tournament and rewards areas is dreadful.Log into the app only to be told to log in on those pages yet the app shows logged in.If you manage to get to the tournament page, the games regularly fail to load.Clicking the rewards page to get to the daily wheel often results in a success message rather than the wheel itself.Customer service dont seem to bother reading information provided and respond with basic troubleshooting. Im not sure how clearing chrome cache on an iOS device that only has the app installed, is meant to do anything. They also advise they have had no reports of such issues or that its been passed to the promotion team. I would have thought technical support more appropriate.Of course there are no technical issues with the paid games and im sure they would be more interested in technical issues and customer service if there were.
