Love all the series and I’m following several at the moment. The issue I have is that subtitles are inconsistent and it’s sometimes a couple of episodes before they come back and this can be quite frustrating! I began watching some programs on the app but it froze last night and I just get an ‘oops something went wrong’ retryI’ve tried several times but can’t get any coverage and I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app and it still won’t work so any advice there I’d appreciate it. 👍🏼

I am writing to formally complain about multiple serious issues with your app.I subscribed to Zee5 for a three-month plan, yet the app is now asking me to subscribe again as if I do not have an active account. I have already paid for this subscription, so I do not understand why I am being asked to pay again. Where is the subscription that I already paid for? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.On top of that, the app itself is full of bugs. Movies frequently stop playing in the middle, and the only “solution” seems to be uninstalling and reinstalling the app repeatedly. This makes the app nearly unusable and completely ruins the viewing experience.Another major issue is the lack of subtitles. Many of the movies do not have subtitles at all. If users are paying for a streaming service, subtitles should be provided—especially on an international platform where not everyone understands all the languages. I enjoy Indian movies, but without subtitles, much of the content is inaccessible.To be clear:• I have already paid for a three-month subscription• My account is not being recognized properly• The app is unstable and buggy• Subtitles are missing for many moviesI expect my paid subscription to be restored immediately, without being asked to pay again. I use this app on the fire tv as well as the phone but even some of my clients & friends are complaining that when the adverts kick in they’re about 4-5 times louder than the program being watched. I install this app on the fire sticks that I sell to my clients as content on demand hence why I know this is a bigger issue than people think because even my neighbours complained on couple of occasions due to our walls being so thin. I complained to Zee 5 that they need to reduce volume on the adverts which play between the on demand content which they can easily rectify on their end. However they started asking me ridiculous questions like “which device are you using” etc… Do they not understand the basic to just turn the volumes down on the adverts that play between content. Its not rocket science they can download the Zee 5 app on the Firestick & check for themselves. Its not all the adverts which are too loud but most are. Let’s see if they can test & rectify this without any problems.

As a frequent user of streaming platforms, I recently decided to give Zee5 a try. However, my experience with the service has been nothing short of disappointing. From constant buffering issues to a lack of clarity on new movie release dates, subscribing to Zee5 has been a regrettable decision.One of the most frustrating aspects of using Zee5 is the incessant buffering. Whether I’m trying to watch a movie or catch up on my favorite TV show, the constant interruptions make it nearly impossible to enjoy any content. Despite having a stable internet connection, the buffering persists, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.Furthermore, the lack of clarification on new movie release dates only adds to the frustration. As a subscriber, I expect timely updates and clear communication regarding upcoming releases. However, Zee5 fails to deliver on this front, leaving me in the dark about what content to expect and when.In conclusion, I strongly advise against subscribing to Zee5.
