Good points - content is great. I subscribed for the sole purpose of being able to access Disney+ and the latest Marvel TV series. Also have access to HBO and some of the most recent movies which is amazing Bad points - Why has the ability to cast from a device been removed from the app? The app is not available for download on a lot of TVs so the only option to watch the content as intended (on a large screen TV) is to cast using chromecast. This was removed a couple of updates ago and if the issue isn’t resolved I will be cancelling my subscription after the Loki series is finished, which is a real shame

The mobile app is ok, but the appleTV app is just appalling and I’m writing this review here to see if the developer pays attention and sorts it out. The control bar just doesn’t disappear and the title of whatever you are watching stays in the top left hand corner of the display along with the episode name. Literally obscures most of the screen. It’s terrible and taking way to long to resolve. I only wished this would be sorted out as I’m sure most people enjoy content on the big screen just as much as a mobile device. This has totally ruined my viewing of the much advertised by OSN “House of Dragons”I got a response about this review and was told not using HomePods would resolve the issue. How on earth is this a thing. Just a poor excuse for poor development. My choice of audio system shouldn’t have any bearing on the ability of the app to work as intended.

Of course Wavo, coming from OSN, offers great content including HBO series you can’t stream anywhere else. But we’re here to review the app not the content. 1) search is terrible; sometimes you write the exact show name and it doesn’t appear in search, or appears at the bottom of the results which is baffling. 2) even more baffling is that the app does not automatically play the next episode of a show you’re watching! How are we supposed to binge-watch if every 20 minutes you’re interrupted and have to manually select the next episode? And if you’ve left the show page to browse the app, it’s extremely annoying to get back to select next episode because of point 1 above. 3) English subtitles don’t seem to be working on the appI will stay subscribed because of the content, but the user experience is horrendous. It’s 2019, a media streaming app should do much better - my comments above are basic functions that Wavo seems to have overlooked.

User experience is appalling, I don’t understand how a very prominent company such as OSN would release something with this quality.I opted for the monthly subscription through my apple account.Every time I open the app for some reason I can’t find my bookmarked show ( did I mention how the method of bookmarking the shows is unapologetically dum ), so I reboot the app and things are back to normal.Two days ago, my app decided that I’m no longer subscribed to the service and I need to review my package. Guess what ! The app doesn’t have a way to review the details of your subscription nor a way to ask for support.With a bit of dabbling around I managed to find a way to review it through the web browser. And guess what ! There was nothing wrong , I even checked my apple subscriptions (all payed and valid). I even decided to watch through the browser and it worked !! But my app doesn’t seem to want to work at all; even after deleting and reinstalling.So obviously I decided to seek support from the company. And once again guess what ! ,,, No answer
