I like the app but recently it started to take wayyy tooo much time while loading and i keep seeing the “jawaker” page with the black background for minutes, sometimes up to ten minutes (and it still doesn’t load/open after that)! This is my third time deleting the app and downloading it again to try to open it. This needs an urgent fix please! Or advice if anything should be done by me?

Iam facing a serious issue for a week now I downloads and deleted the app several time but no success, after downloading a new version I keep receiving a message saying ur not connected to the internet while I have full coverage even used only WiFi but no change there is a serious issue Can I get some help

Great app - poor management and supervision

The app itself and the games are great. However, competitions which are organised by players have a lot of cheaters in them; such as same player having two accounts in the same game or two players talking to each other over the phone even if they are in different countries (they are friends already and shared their numbers). When you submit a complaint it is not user friendly, they assign the organiser to deal with the complaint but the organiser often are in the game and they cheat too! Sometimes they bring in players just to fill the seats and don’t even make them pay anything.Even more, I saw it once in the chat group promising each other to split the winning (they typed by mistake on the group chat Instead of private one). So the app management must find a better way to manage competitions and especially avoid players who are already friends to play on the same game/competition. Prohibit friends request during a play and allow it once the competition is fully over.

Things to improve 1- Chat: things like copy & paste, or being able to talk to 2 people at the same time can make a massive difference. 2- Waiting time: the waiting time per player’s turn can be too long at times. 3- Jawaker auto-players: they need to be better. No human is ever that bad, so maybe improve the auto-players decision making process to a reasonable level at least.
