more Really like this app; very accurate for current, historical and future dates. Another key feature - it responds to “local position” which is important to me because for navigation purposes I know when sunrise and, more importantly, sunset will occur for wherever I am. I recommend this app.

This is a great app for seeing the sunrise and the sunset timings and I have been looking for something like this for a while. Well done for this. I would consider buying the premium version if I can see these times on the locked screen so I don’t have to unlock my phone. Sometimes the hands aren’t clean while working so this feature would be really great if possible? Thanks in advance

Useful for seeing sunrise and sunset around the world. However, it is polluted by ads to the point where I had to close a popup every 30 seconds, and the useable app area was sometimes restricted to half of my phone screen.Additionally, I couldn’t see a way to view sunrise/sunset in the local time zone. Some graphs would also be a nice addition to get a quick idea of how the sun varies over the year in different locations.

7.5.0 10 Sept
The app has been rebuilt from the ground up for a faster, cleaner experience on today's iPhones and iPads.
• By far the best new feature is the Sun Events screen: all of the day's events in order — astronomical, nautical and civil twilight times at dawn and dusk, solar noon as well as the normal rise and set times - with the current time at your location or any location in the world shown in its place as the day unfolds - a world time clock. You can access this by pressing the new small ">" button on the Now screen or directly in the calendar. Enjoy - I am!
• (7.4.0) Adds Spanish, French, German and Italian translations as well as landscape support on all devices.
Thank you in advance for your kind words and constructive feedback. Cheers.

Previously:
• Dark Mode support.
• Timezone conversion for foreign locations. This is by far my most requested feature. If you choose a foreign location then the times will be converted to that locations local time. This feature requires a connection to the internet, otherwise times are displayed in your local time as usual.
• New Full Month Calendar view for all users. This shows all the sunrise and sunset times for the current month on one page, and tapping on a date shows you all the details for that date. Premium users have extra functionality, they can page forwards and backwards through the calendar for any month they please, showing all the details for the dates they choose.
