Improvement suggestions:1. Be able to filter by exact credits. Currently you can only filter by certain credits thresholds such as <4, <10 etc. I want to be able to use a slider to find a class with my exact credits I’ve got left for the month. If I’ve got 11 credits, show me all the classes that are 11 credits etc. I’m sure it’s a money thing so you see the 12 credit classes and they try influence you to buy more credits.2. The “notify me when this class becomes available” should be replaced with whoever is on the wait list first gets auto booked onto the class. They then have a window of 1 hour to confirm their attendance. If they don’t accept, the class space goes to the next person on the waiting list. 3. Class packages. If I regularly attend the same class every week (like a streak of 2+ months) the studio could offer a bundle deal at a premium to be auto booked onto the next 3 classes. This is a win win for the studio who secure the booking, and the classpasser who doesn’t have to worry about missing out on booking their fave class 4. Unlock rewards in the app. Given 20+ detailed reviews? Unlock 5 credits as a one off gift. Overall the structure is good but it’s not quite as intuitive as it could be. There could be a better flow to the app. If I rarely book yoga things, I don’t want to constantly be recommended yoga studios, it appears to lack a good algorithm. It would be cool if it was more tuned to knowing your booking habits.

They have dodgy providers in London

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ClassPass and one of their beauty providers, Aesthetic Paris London. My scheduled appointment was abruptly canceled while I was already at the location, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration. Despite providing evidence of the cancellation occurring on the beauty provider’s end, ClassPass failed to acknowledge their responsibility and refused to compensate me for the lost time and effort. The customer support, led by Connor, offered no resolution beyond returning reservation credits, which is far from adequate given the circumstances. The lack of communication and accountability from both ClassPass and Aesthetic Paris London is unacceptable. This incident not only highlights the unreliability of ClassPass and its beauty providers but also sheds light on the company’s refusal to address customer grievances adequately. I strongly advise potential users to reconsider using ClassPass, as they have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair treatment. In conclusion, my experience with ClassPass and Aesthetic Paris London was nothing short of a letdown, and I will certainly not be renewing my membership or recommending their services to anyone within my network.Update: after this review, they ClassPass compensated me rightfully. It is just sad that I have to write it to get what I think was just fair. Thanks again!

Locked out membership due to older phone and ClassPass doesn’t want to give my money back

So the new app update arrived and now you can only use the app with a certain grade of iOS. I can’t afford a newer phone which means I simply can’t use the app at all anymore. Classpass informed me I can use the website. Not ideal because now there’s extra steps but I gave it a go. Awful! It simply doesn’t work. The map interface is completely broken and you can’t scroll through classes like on the app. You have to manually click and keep refreshing the page day by day. The formatting is awful and it’s just generally a frustrating experience. So I’d rather just have my money back. EXCEPT: classpass wont give a full refund because they don’t refund partially used month cycles. So now I am losing money because I LITERALLY couldn’t even operate the website (which was THEIR alternative suggestion) just to book some classes and use up my credits before cancelling the account. What is more, the chat box for customer support is so awful, it just stopped working, deleted my messages, not sending them etc. so I had to refresh and start all over again. The customer service rep eventually just ended the chat on me whilst I was mid typing, which is beyond rude. Clearly a terrible website with terrible tech support. Classpass clearly doesn’t care about all of their customers and is using this opportunity to lock people out of their own money by making the service completely unusable. I genuinely enjoyed using this app until seeing how greedy this company are and how rude their customer support it.

ClassPass will not offer full refund when business cancelled massage

I have had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with ClassPass today. I had booked a massage a week in advance via ClassPass, so I have paid in full using ClassPass credits prior to the appointment. The day before the appointment, it was cancelled by the business. ClassPass have refunded the credits to my account, but as my ClassPass membership renews in 4 days, and as I do not wish to renew and spend even more money on ClassPass membership, I will not get a chance to use them. This is confounded by the fact that I am also going on holiday, so I only actually have two days to use the credits, and due to a lack of availability, this is impossible. I find it astounding that I can book and fully pay for a relatively expensive service like a massage, but when the booking cannot be honoured through no fault of my own, I am not entitled to a refund. ClassPass T&Cs appear to seek to limit my legal rights as a consumer, as if I had booked direct with the business, I would be entitled to a refund or rebooking, but due to the way ClassPass credits work, I can get neither. I would not recommend booking an expensive service with ClassPass. As has happened to me, it could transpire that you don’t get what you pay for, you can’t get your money back, and even if you get a refund of the credits used, you won’t necessarily be able to use them.
