I recently purchased several MV jewellery items in their sample sale via CHICMI. My first time of using CHICMI and I was like a child in a sweet shop searching through the numerous sale items and deciding what to buy. Oh wow! Plenty of beautiful pieces to choose from and so easy to order. All of the jewellery I ordered was shipped quickly and where possible orders were combined to save on shipping costs. I’m so happy with the quality of the jewellery - it all looks perfect - and bargain prices too! CHICMI kept me updated about when my orders had shipped and I received texts from Royal Mail letting me know which day they’d be delivered. I received all of my orders within just over a week from placing them. Super impressed!

Ordered a number of items, all in excellent condition and all purchased at super prices. I would struggle to pay full price for MV items now as these Chicmi sales are held so regularly.I have found the return process to be easy and refunds are received quickly.Items purchased in these sales are now exempt from the five year guarantee offered previously and MV will not repair these items either. This reduces the length of the life of the pieces which is a disadvantage of buying from Chicmi.
