I’ve used, and paid for, this App for many years. Initially, auto-tracking with the iBeacon worked well, then it became a bit hit and miss as to whether a trip would automatically start, or if it did, from a point en route and not the origin. The Customer Support Team has always been second to none, and has always replied to my emails, setting out my issues, or suggestions for improvements, by return. Even thought I had issues with the App, I persevered with it, as they did with me, as I liked it and the Company. The current release works brilliantly, and for quite a while now, auto-tracking has been virtually flawless. Whether it’s improvements to the App and/or IOS and the way it interacts with it, I don’t know, but I’m glad that I never gave up with it. I wholeheartedly recommend it, for people, like me, who need to track and separate business, from personal mileage. The website functions, including exporting reports etc., are also excellent.
