When the app works, it’s useful. But on multiple occasions now, whilst travelling, it has either stopped working properly (showing only camper stops and no campsites) or logged us out then failed to accept our (correct) log-in details. This is infuriating when we are literally looking for somewhere to head to the next day, but we can no longer access the app. (Not just on one phone, it’s happening on both of them at the same time.)There are also campsites who offer ACSI discount that don’t even show up on the app! We found one last week by searching other park up / camping apps because there were no ACSI ones in the area, only to find when we got there that it was an ACSI site. So now I’m wondering how many others we’ve missed because they’re not on the app?Customer service department doesn’t seem to care - I’ve emailed 3 times regarding access problems, and haven’t even received a response (other than the automatic one). All very disappointing really.

Not so good this year 2026
Dad the Vater
I used to really like this app. Apart from it going down over Easter, which didn’t bother me, as we weren’t away until afterwards, it is not only unstable, but often doesn’t show pictures from the site, which you know from the past are there. Too often it tells me to download a newer version of a particular country when I know I have the latest and then the app confirms this. What is going on? Failure due to pursuit of perfection? Having the card ACSI on the app is great. I don’t know whether this is in the remit, but sites should be asked to review route finder ways to them, to see if they are actually accurate. Yesterday it tried to take us through fields to get to the site. It is also irritating when I put in the name if a town like Metz into it and after a load of suggestions like …metz…. come up, the actual town spelled perfectly is 3/4 of the way down the list. However, suggestions around slightly incorrectly spelled site names would be useful.

Dear dad,Distances are currently calculated using a very generous (“as the crow flies”) method; .We are aware of the issue with missing photos, which can be temporarily resolved by logging out and back in, and are investigating it.We would like to thank you specifically for your feedback and are continuously working on the app to improve its stability, search function and navigation. Kind regards, Jose – Acsi team
Could do better
Lynnylynnlynn
This is our second year of membership and we have travelled Europe extensively. We are finding that when we try to send a message to a campsite we are frequently getting no response from the site or ACSI to acknowledge our booking request. Also we find that we are sometimes given the worst pitches when they are aware we are ACSI members. Your communication needs to be improved to your members. Why is it also that many of the reviews are several years old ? Why are the latest reviews not visible???

Struggling to find sites open out of season
Dave from Rochester
We have found it a little frustrating when looking for sites that are open in January and February, I think it would be more helpful to have a list of the sites on a separate map so we can just look and book. I understand that not all sites that say they’ll be open may be! but your representatives can maybe contact and confirm with the sites in January and then put them on a separate list on a map - this would be very helpful. On a positive note, as for the two sites we have used this year and being ACSI members we have certainly saved much more than our subscription and will be looking forward to another out of season trip next year. Regards Dave Stitt from the United Kingdom.

Dear Dave. Thanks for your feedback. Regarding the opening dates, you can simply filter by date. Happy to know that your are already looking forward to another out of season trip next year. Best regards, Fabien team ACSI
