I enjoy this game. I have had it for a few years. Yes I win and I lose but what annoys me more are the notifications for the leagues. I have spoken to support around 6 times about the fact that no matter how many times I try I can not remove the notifications and all I get is we are looking into it. 6 times over 3 month I have contacted them and still nothing has changed I have to keep uninstalling the app just to get rid of them. If it carries on I will be deleting the app and not redownloading it. Support are ridiculous and very unhelpful!!! Don't see the point in having a support team if all they do is fob you off just so they don't need to do their actual job!!!!

This game is designed to make you spend money. The odds of winning are incredibly low and quite frankly frustrating. Ive just jumped in for a session of blackjack and somehow the dealers pulled 21 basically every turn with a face card of 5 or below. I’ve been playing for a few weeks and faced nothing but losses constantly. The house has an edge but this is ridiculous. Never had blackjack. Doubling 11 has always resulted in a loss, splitting aces had always resulted in a loss. It’s beyond a joke and barely even playable. On top of this you get free spines from slots which you always win. Beware this is just a trick, when you spend your own chips in the slots 90% of the time you will lose! The game states it used a certified RNG but I would like them to show proof of this. After playing for a while it is not possible for this to be fair, you should lose in the long run yes but not 15 hands in a row, the odds of this happening is extremely low and have never experienced this in a real casino or other online blackjack games. Winning is the goal of the game as this is what people play for, instead it’s turned into another ploy to make money, which is sad because it’s actually a good game in terms of graphics and play style but instead it’s another way to take money from people. Developers and creators should be ashamed. NOT AN ENJOYABLE GAME

EDIT: After leaving this review I had them openly lie to me saying me and another individual violated "apple, google and Facebook policy" THEY BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT THIS STUFF TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, they have no agreement with any company and are using their name fraudulently as an excuse to ban people, don't expect to be able to play with friends because they will ban your account, their RNG isnt even certified by a genuine company, it's a sister company of theirs that they set up with the purpose of lying to people, not only this but they have very clearly faked their reviews on the App Store as I can only see critical reviews but apparently they have a 4.6 rating? the entire setup is designed to exploit vulnerable people who are looking for an alternative to gambling actual money, if you are a gambling addict please avoid at all costs it'll just make your addiction worse. This app is genuine scam, it doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or an experienced gambler, the system will still find a way to outsmart you and cheat you out of your balance, it’s very clearly designed to make people spend when it’s supposed to be a “social casino”, such a great help for people who are attempting to sway away from actual gambling, NOT, the game is also littered with bots and the real players you come across are extremely toxic, the app is designed to get you addicted and take your money through in game purchases, I genuinely wonder how they haven’t been investigated for this, if you are looking for an alternative to gambling this is not your answer, they will just exploit your addiction further and pocket whatever money actual casinos would’ve gotten from you, if I could rate it zero I would, but sadly I can’t.

This game is a very biased and beyond a joke. It forever favours big stack players when playing poker or will constantly give you bad runs in the hope you buy coins.When playing poker I hit a straight flush (I had 78) on the flop so I jammed only to be called by a flush with king high which resulted in a turn being the queen of clubs giving the other player a better straight flush. This player had a stack size of about 4x mine.Okay stuff like this happens, then I got my mate to join as I lost all my coins with the impression I’d be getting 500,000 chips but instead you only get it other a period of time once your friend you invite gets higher levels. However they make out you get 500,000 with the opportunity of getting more so that’s a bit of a scam. Anyway with the 50k chips I then played another game of poker and hit quads only to be beaten by better quads by a player who once again had a huge stack, I checked his level and he was only level 3 so he had obviously bought the chips and then been rewarded at my expense.I’ve never felt the need to write a review before but this game has honestly annoyed me so much and my friends, as a few of them have had similar experiences where the big stack always wins.Looking at other feedback I know I’m not alone and to be honest regret ever getting involved in this app. They can tell me about their 3rd party audit all they want, me and thousands of others know the truth
