I really like using blinkit, the only issue I have come across is that most of the times the stores near us don’t have some of the things we want to order and there’s no other way to look for the same items in stores that might be bit further from the address but do have the items we are looking for. Due to this either we are forced to use other apps or go buy the things we need by ourselves. Hope it makes sense.

Blinkit has scammed. I ordered for three items - a bread packet, a cheese packet and an aamchur powder. It showed three items on cart but when the delivery arrived there were only two items. The bread packet wasn’t there. The same amount for three items were deducted and the bread packet’s charge was categorised as delivery charges. Scam.

Horrible experience with Blinkit regarding motor fan.. the condition the product was not good and quality was poor.. still Blinkit customer service department denied to return the product as my reason was not listed in the return policy list as I got the same product which shown in the picture and they forget quality can’t be seen by picture, it comes to see by self check. It’s better to shop electronic product to the near by shop at-least you see the quality before you buy.
