I was playing on my game “Guild of Heroes:Magic Knights” and it glitched and I couldn’t level up, I deleted the game and redownloaded it in the App Store however, when I was loading the game up and it was trying to down load the content/assets it would stop almost immediately and come up with an error screen. I have tried everything to get it to work but nothing is happening( I have updated software, restarted iPad, and redownloaded game quite a few times - whole night actually). At the moment I am participating in your spring event, and I have purchased a golden pass to accelerate in that event to gain my progress and I have earned a lot of free gifts and stuff that I haven’t yet claimed. I had claimed many of the chests but had not claimed all of them - I only had 14 to go but I am sure I would have got these because I bought a lot of powerful stuff to help me with this and now I am afraid I will lose all of it. This isn’t the first time I have bought something with my own money on this game and I am very worried that I will lose all my progress in the game and lose all of my hard work in the quests and events, skills that I have gained, items I have left behind to collect later and my money that I’ve spent and put into the game and might not get back. I am also in a very active guild “the lostt” and my avatar (named lily_1160) is one of the strongest in the guild (at level 297) and is normally a very important guild member in participating in all wars everyday and fear that my absence will affect their chances of winning. Please help me to fix this problem, I enjoy playing this game so much and am very distraught that I can’t play it at the moment especially with very little to do in this time of world crisis.Thank you

I’ve only been playing for a few hours but so far this game is flawless. Ok i have now been playing for a few month’s and i cant find anything bad to say about this game. Masterpiece. I’ve now been playing over a year and the devs are getting greedy, still the best game on a mobile device. Awesome I still love this game after 2 years. There is always something to do because you’re not dependent on energy units that need to recharge constantly. I now belong to a guild named Warmungers that is made up of thenicest people you could meet. Still 1 of 3 games that I always play. Brilliant. Just gets better and better.
Just had an automatic update of 370mb load now it crashes

Don’t know what you just done with the last update that seemed like an automatic update as I didn’t have to go to the App Store to do this, I just clicked online to play and it started uploading. It got to the end and crashed , now it’s just stuck on an error and crashes everytime I try to play. Been playing this for years and had a break after an update lost my character and i had spent loads of money too. I’ve managed to get a pretty decent new character going and I really hope I don’t lose a second one!! Please fix this, I play daily and spend money a lot on my character. EDITED Has been fixed but it did take about 5 updates to fix it so I could get in my game, could of been nice to be compensated,they used to do that when THEY mucked the game up! Or my stars would of been 5!

Gamers who like old pc based RPGs will like this. Previous RPGs played on a touch screen device are boring and repetitive and all tend to follow a similar theme. Guild of Heroes is different. The auto play during battle takes away much of the repetitive play and there is an interesting and immersive upgrade system. It is good that upgrades take a little time to complete which allows you some rest time away from the game. Clearly a lot of effort went into making this game which is reflected in the (so far) bug free play. Good graphics and game effects make this game a must.
