Still room for improvement in the search tool. For example, if searching for a restaurant the search results only shows the ones that are “open” when you do the search. So, you cannot get a complete view to know if the place you are searching for is on Rappi or not but even if it is it wont show if it is closed at the time of search. It would be better if it showed the place even if it is closed at the time of search, so you can place an order when you know it is open - as othee delivery order apps do.
Phenomenal idea, not working yet

I was blown away by the array of services and products I could finally order, as if I was back in the “first world”... Sadly most orders were cancelled for unknown reasons, support has a great support agent icon with a headset and all, but you don’t get a life chat or phone number to use, it’s all email and contact forms. The PayPal integration is super glitchy starting with registering the payment service to the app (says “failed” 5 times and the next day it’s suddenly setup without further notice). Also, should anything happen to the shopping list you ordered, you cannot reorder it, but have to click every single item back into a new list, which is super frustrating.Altogether an awesome idea which I am happy to use daily - should it ever work for me.
Awful app, took my money

The developers who built this app should be embarrassed. I ordered food for delivery, and when the order was confirmed it was for pick up. I immediately tried to cancel, and even when I accepted that I’d get no refund for the order I literally just placed 2 seconds ago (which is already a complete theft) the app just repeatedly tells me to “look at the policy again because it just changed”. Now I’m left hungry and they’ve taken my money. Aside from that the design is awful with turbo you can’t even expand the map to full screen so you have about 10% of your screen showing the map and where the rider is. Terrible app, I will use UberEats whenever possible going forward. Don’t waste your time or your money on this app.
Grocery Product Replacement Needs Improvement

First time using Rappi in Mexico for the first time.Good app! Two problems. 1. The delivery time, when using the service for groceries, showed the time the courier would reach the store, which meant the delivery was more than 1.5 hours later. No problem but would have been good to know. 2. You cannot view the full details of the replacement product offered by the courier. This makes it difficult to make a decision and results in removing items.Very happy otherwise.
