Don’t bother downloading. It will probably only work the first time you download it and then it won’t after. The customer service or support is absolutely horrifying and poor to my surprise. I was expecting something better. I had raised an issue with my account as when I am trying to contact abroad, It states that “the password is invalid” and this was with me trying to contact a landline number abroad. customer support came back a few days after and said that this number is a premium number, which is why it’s not working. Although I informed them this is not a premium number, Markus (from customer supported) showed no interest in that and said premium numbers can be found out online. I attempted to call a mobile number abroad and it said the same thing that the “password is invalid”. Customer support showed no interest in the fact that this is not premium numbers as they’re trying to declare. I also raised that there are features not available on my account; perhaps there is an issue with my account…. No acknowledgment. It seems as though this app would work the first time you download it, allows you to top up and therefore steal your money :-) A company’s success is also always based on the level of customer support. For these two reasons this app is now getting a low rating.
