Excellent
Made up a book of a recent holiday. The result was outstanding in terms of glossy pictures. However the page formats are slightly limited and the total number of pages has to be a multiple of 12 so if you have 63 pages of pictures you have to buy 72.

Great products
Like others, I was disappointed when Apple dropped the ability to create albums from the Photos app. I tried several other apps before ifolor and found this one to be the best. I create 3/4 albums a year and have always been pleased with the quality of the products. Delivery times do vary, so order in good time.

Terrible service
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Parcel got sent back to them now I can’t get hold of them and can’t get any updates on it after 3 weeks. I’ve been emailing everyday. Spent £120 but don’t know where my order is. Would never use them again or ever recommend them. Useless.

Still nothing 6 weeks later. Still terrible customer service. No reassurance. No discounts. No refunds. No vouchers. Bad communication. Useless company. Avoid avoid avoid.

They told my order was lost 2 months after I ordered it. Customer service still terrible. Avoid.
