Reset Password Glitch
App looks great and really useful. Unfortunately, I can’t use it properly as I need to rest my password. I’ve received the automated email but there isn’t a link to reset my password. No idea how to reset password to gain full access to the app. Can anyone help?
Ikos Oceania
I would like to say that this Hotel is the best I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few around the world. The staff are second to none nothing is too much trouble. I recently stayed at Oceania and I left something in the safe. I rang the next day and spoke with Vangelis who was immediately on the case I received my item in 3 days what excellent service. Bravo to everyone who works at Ikos. I will certainly be staying at one of your Hotels in the future.
Log in doesn’t work
When I try to log in, I enter my details but the Log in button stays shaded and doesn’t allow me to click it. It used to work from some parts of the app (albeit was temperamental) but now it refuses to work from any part of the app, no matter which way I go in. More generally, this app is really terrible (even when it did let me in) and isn’t a good first experience of Ikos resorts.
