inCase is a marketing leading mobile application which uses the latest technology to link customers to their lawyer quickly and easily to help move their claim for personal injury compensation forward.
Developed by a leading personal injury firm, inCase aims to provide information about the steps to make a personal injury claim as well as linking your very own case to tell you where in the claims process you are and what is going to happen next.
inCase allows you to communicate with your lawyer, 24 hours a day by sending messages and photos whenever you like. Your lawyer can also send messages to you which will be kept neatly within the App recording everything permanently.

Brilliant
I found it very helpful and easy to use kept me up to date on everything that was happening.
Awful
I'm all for apps and very keen on new technology but this is one step too far. There are tickbox options in these legal documents but no capacity to let me select ANY of the boxes. Did try to sign one document but signature didn't look like mine and so I didn't do any more. Legal documents should not be treated in such a cavalier manner. I've printed and signed my documents and they're ready to post back to the Solicitor. I worked for solicitors and barristers for 25 years and am all for streamlining and speeding up some processes but this app is not a good option and certainly not a good solution.
Just an opinion. An informed and experienced one though!

An excellent app - I find it very easy to use and it really helped me manage my case. I would definitely recommend.
