Not suitable for property purchase

At the beginning the app works quite well to get the ball rolling, but once you are receiving lots of lengthy documents (about the biggest purchase you’ll ever make) you really don’t want to do that on your phone. There is also no easy way of forwarding messages with various attachments to your email address. So you have to ring the firm and ask them to forward you the whole message by email. It makes it very hard to keep track of which documents you have seen. Why not just do everything by email as the default, and also send via the app if people really want it?

0 STARS - unprofessional and very slow

If I could give 0 - I would. We have had terrible experience with O’Neil. Gemma our case handler has not replied since we bought the house a month ago, after emailing and ringing the company every week since and did not follow through our complain of the buyers not leaving items in the house when it was part of the contract. Very slow replies, when you ring the company a different person answers every time and says they will get you on a priority list but then never update you, you have to chase them. My mortage advisor recommended them but he has safely said he will be never doing that again! Don’t waste your time if you want a quick sale - you’ll have to do their job. Also extremely unprofessional saying things and taking it back like they owning us money. Wouldn’t have left a review if they could have replied but it’s about time since I have emailed several times and had no updates. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Difficult to complete on mobile

The app itself works fine and the idea of digital records and checking progress on the app is good but the actual process of completing the sales questionnaire forms on a mobile device is horrible and would be much easier on the web
