Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Good if you aren’t in therapy/don’t have other resources

I was hoping that this app would offer helpful routine/time management things, like letting you plan a routine, timers/reminders, offering resources on how to develop and stick to routines, etc. That’s not really what it’s for – it’s basically a therapy programme which has a journal & a space for you to write what you want to focus on every day. The therapeutic resources are OK – I imagine there are probably a few things in there that I didn’t already know, but I’ve covered a lot of it in CBT, DBT and other therapies I’ve done or read about independently. So if you’re a beginner to emotional regulation, time management, etc. and/or just want to put some work in across the board, it’s probably good for that, but it’s quite beginner-level so I won’t be paying for the full version after the trial. A lot of potential and I’ll be keeping an eye out for updates, but this version didn’t offer me anything new.

Love it - great app just what I’ve been looking for to help with ADHD

This app is really useful and informative as not only does it teach you ways to manage your ADHD using prompts and daily journal planning and challenges to help motivate you to progress it has videos of events with discussion issues such as anger management and getting things done ..with invaluable advice from people who care. I am currently trialling it got a bit longer and not sure what I would do without it ..the annual subscription is a little high until you think about and realise what is being offered. So I think I will just have to buy less stuff! It might help if there was a quarterly or half yearly option though? If you have ADHD there is no harm in trying the app for free week to see what I mean (although there is more content-than you can do in just one week ) You can also always cancel the subscription before the renewal date without any issues.

Life changing

Full disclosure, I was lucky enough to get this app through the access programme as I was struggling with my employment at the time. I wasn’t in a great place, and neither was my mental health. This app has really helped me understand myself and learn how to cope with my ADHD. I’ve been constantly amazed to learn how many things I struggle with aren’t all that unique to me and instead are pretty common symptoms. Daily sessions are just 5 minutes. At first I thought this was a bit insubstantial, but its actually the perfect amount to fit in around a commute and as it doesn’t seem like a big commitment, I’m much more likely to engage on a routine basis. After 9 months of using the app I’ve seen a lot of improvement in aspects of my life such as emotional regulation, time keeping and organisation. My ADHD does still make things harder, but in general I’m far more accepting & forgiving of myself, and my relationships with others are a lot healthier.
