Description
With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts in the Netherlands.
Lots of tools and features:
• You can confirm orders with your mobile.
• Super simple transfers, withdrawal overview and scheduling of savings orders.
• Paid for your friends? Create a payment request and get your money back.
• If you want to, you can look ahead 35 days and see your future transactions.
• The app has its own daily limit, which you can set and change.
• It’s all there: you can pay, save, borrow, invest, get a credit card and even view your ING insurances.
• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.

Are my details safe and secure in the app?
Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

Version 2024.10.0
May is here with a-may-zing weather and maybe something interesting for people with a construction deposit? You can now take a picture of your receipt to claim money back. And we have updated the construction deposit overview so you can see the transactions. We also added an order overview within investments. All the details of the orders easily accessible. You gotta love an overview!
If you turn on automatic updates, you won't have to read about bugs and improvements anymore. But maybe you enjoy reading about these things.

Made for your ease
Very easy to navigate, one click approach, English friendly (some Dutch here and there)
Only struggle was setting it up due to the need of having multiple codes. Afterwards it runs perfect!
Where’s the English language?
I downloaded the app to apply for a new account but everything is in Dutch! I called the telephone numbers they provide but all the automated messages are in Dutch. There’s no option to listen to them in English. Goodbye ING.
Reply: Thank you for the reply. So in order to to select another language I have to speak Dutch or translate the menu. I have opened an account to another bank as I had similar problems with the automated messages on the phone numbers ING provides on its website. They were in Dutch (yes I called during working hours).
Here’s a simple suggestion. At the very first moment that the application opens, give the user the option to choose the language. Wouldn’t it have been easier that way?

Great app
Love the app. Very easy to use and do all my banking. One thing I would like, and this is because I still struggle a lot with the language, is for all my messages etc to be in dual language. I would think if I sign up for the English version I would at least get both languages in correspondence. Would certainly help me through.
