Iona, make me feel at my best.

Iona has become my new companion. Lockdown has been incredibly isolating, so my anxiety has flared up. Iona’s programmes are well thought out and help me gain some perspective outside of my head. The ability to track my mood patterns gives me the feeling of empowerment which I very much need. The conversation interface makes for a pleasant experience, and the small conversation details make for a delightful experience. I highly recommend Iona to anyone struggling with anxiety.

Take the journey at your own speed

This is a really thorough and rounded program, in my opinion it is good for anybody whether or not you have feel you need to tackle anxiety, depression or other issues. It is so important to keep the mind healthy, and this app provides many starting points and innovative ideas to help you along the way.

Really cool new concept

Wow I’m excited to see how this app develops. Really cool concept and it’s surprisingly helpful. Was a bit skeptical at first but after a week started to realise the tools were really helping. I like that it helps me to think in new and more positive ways. I’ve told some of my friends and now often talk with them about our chats with Iona
