Needs a payment successful confirmation screen
With having three kids it’s Great that there is finally an app as it’s much more user friendly than the website, but when making a payment there is no confirmation that it has actually gone through it just sits on the pay screen, I need to exit the app then reopen it to see the transaction history. Only flaw fix that and it’s an easy 5 stars.
Easy to use
Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews, the app is great; works flawlessly, particularly if you have children which attend different schools who use iPayimpact. You can pay and pre-order meals with simplicity, it’s fast and responsive.
My only criticism is the registration process, this could be streamlined - for example, not quite sure why you have to verify the email address before you can input your personal information, perhaps this could be done once you’ve registered the account.
Apart from that, keep up the great work!
Absolutely useless
Made me change my password and won’t accept a password generated by my phone. Then once I’d dealt with that and tried to login, it told me my username was too long. I give up - app deleted and back to the website
