Three years ago I was diagnosed with brain cancer I have used this app to help me sleep when I’ve been anxious and thinking too much about what might happen, before operations and treatment and it has been so helpful. In the middle of the night it’s lovely to listen to a voice that is soothing and reassuring. I really recommend it to anyone who might be struggling to switch off and who panics because they’re not getting enough sleep. This will help you.
Loce the app, would love X/XS full screen support
Been using this app for years, and it works wonders. I’ve gone from chronic insomnia to a solid 6-7 hours a night - something I previously never thought possible. The only thing I’d like to see is full screen support for the X/XS/Max. Purely just a cosmetic request; it in no way impacts the use of the app for me, it would just be nice to be able to appreciate this app in all of its full screen glory.
Really works. I love the different levels, especially the wake up in the middle the night one. I find their approach refreshing, you feel like you are in control. You can pick the background sounds and what format you want to use that night. You take it at your pace. Has helped me a lot.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
