Good but can’t change watch time to 24 hour clock(military time) or use Celsius instead of farenthiet

Purchased this watch whilst on holiday, it looks and feels great to wear. Problem 5 days in the watch stopped working. I contacted the customer support, who promptly responded with a list of things to try, unfortunately none of them worked. I was disappointed to say the least. I contacted customer support and was put in touch with Trish , without hesitation Trish apologised for the product failure and arranged a replacement, without question, I’m pleased to say one week later ,I am now the owner of a very smart wearable Air 2S. I have never had such great customer service from any supplier. I can honestly recommend this product to family and friends without hesitation. Many thanks to Trish for all the support.

Was SO excited to have this brand new sealed in box I bought it from a well known shop I wanted it solely to count my steps it’s difficult to charge with the magnetic charger that comes off almost as soon as it’s connected it seemed to count my steps four times more than I was doing for I still used the steps on my trusted mobile and even when I was sitting down for 90 minutes after midnight when it should have started again so instead of showing 0 steps it showed I’d fone 80 steps! It finally died after 2 weeks it won’t come on I’d bought it as a treat for myself for Mother’s Day so sadly I wouldn’t recommend it at all I give it no stars.
