Was wary but turned out good sellers and genuine nasa T-shirts

Bought 3 nasa T-shirts and a sweatshirt and they are all genuine. Wasn’t sure if ok because of past feedback but ordered again today some other bits too. They delivery pretty quick I expected slow posting but not at all. Give them a shot done hood stuff and sometimes they have offers - it’s each to their own and all can day is make up ur own mind. I can’t complain they done good by me.

Terrible Customer Service

Do not trust these! Ordered £50+ worth of mugs and shirts that never were dispatched despite money being taken on the day of ordering. Countless emails and mindless responses with excuses, after two months, yes two months of patiently waiting and asking politely WTH was going on I used the power of PayPal and my Bank to claw back my money without issue, asking IWOOT was impossible, they refused, thank god for buyer power. If you do but from these scammers and you are lucky enough then great but my advice would be to yse PayPal and a bank that has your back! The last pain was trying to have my account deleted, still pending but now movement only after the GDPR was quoted, really! So again, if a company only responds when threatened by customers aware of thir rights then ask yourself what type of company is this! I do believe people change, companies not so much but still open and wary so may try them again in the future but on something very cheap and with banks backing me. So, buyer be aware, the above was only my experience and a terrible one at that that IWOOT gave no care for, yours may be better and I do hope it is.

Thought this was a good brand

Bought my nephew a gift for his birthday.

Got the dispatch notification but the courier never actually received it. Did it go on the loading bay floor or was it chucked in the lorry without scanning it? Either way, a dispatch notification is meant to happen when a package is scanned onto the truck and so into the courier system and not before. (I actually write warehousing software).

Went round in circles with the customer support. They then said it was passed to their courier partner (who had never received it in the first place, so why pass it over?)

Still nothing a week later. No updates at all on status. Messaged them. Got a reply saying raised with courier and a replacement ordered, no sign of that so far on my account either.

Will update the review with an additional star if my nephew ever receives his gift

Oh and once you have an account they spam your inbox at least once a day.

Also they tell you to download the app. But the app won’t let me sign in with the credentials (login via facebook ) that my order was originally bought with. App deleted again.. May add a star to the review if this is fixed
