Jackpotjoy has so many different bingo games which I play a selection of although sapphire is my favourite, I can take part in the Sunday playoffs, I have never won this, but they are free games so they are a bonus play, which I look forward to on a Sunday night being a pensioner I find all the games fun, as we don’t go out as much as we used to. These daily games I really look forward to. They are easy to follow games with the colours easy to follow when you want one I love getting a pink means I need one. Other sites numbers are small and no so clear, although I only play on Jackpotjoy, my friends play on other sites which I do t think are anywhere near as good.

Decent wins

I only downloaded Sunday, played alot games with small £1-£2 bets. Played £10 by accident and I won £600. Was a fight with customer service to get the money. However Dorris her name was from the “verification” option you can choose to speak with was a lot more helpful. Got my money to me within 2 mins. Prev spoke with “Dean HR” it said, who asked me personal questions like could I afford my bills or did I need the money for that? Was very personal and questions. Explained my money obvs wou let help this month as it’s £600 extra and I just paid 1k for my car to be fixed. I’m a community car so need car for my job. He then banned my account!! When I only just joined. Felt like didn’t like fact I won after spending £15 on app. And was shut down: but I did win £600 and got the money. You just need to keep on at them if want verification. According to Dean wins are not definite he said? I’m like where does it state this when join? Told them had all screen shots as proof of win, how I won, his conversation with me etc, then Dorris I spoke to on live chat from verification sorted it in 2 mins. Some customer support is appalling!! However it is legit and ur just lucky or not like I was

POOR IS TOO GOOD A DESCRIPTION!

This morning I have played several games on this site. From 8.30 it slowed down...and slowed down....and slowed down more. Playing Persian Fortunes was more like playing Russian Tortures. 10 seconds to show the cascade (not to mention the MISerable payouts). Then I play another game. And I notice that there are issues with the balance reducing more than the gameplay...( I think). I didn't think much of his as it was prhaps only £1or so....but then, on the same game, I won around £1.60 which didn't seem to transfer to my balance. Then I noticed that again, for definite. I go to try to live chat to ask someone to check for me...and the live chat box...won't open the keyboard on my device so I can't communicate with them. Now, I'm not techstupid! so I reopenth app, refresh, empty cache, uninstall and go in via the website (because trying the website route defaults to opning the app anyway). Same thing on website, I can enter my details but can't chat back to the waiting agent. I am now posting this as the only means of getting through and in the hope that JPJ will get their acts together.
