Jazz FM – Listen in Colour 12+

Had been enjoying Jazz FM Premium until receiving email stating that I had cancelled my subscription. I had not cancelled but I think I needed to update my payment details, having received a new credit card. I would have expected to have been reminded of this - ie we have tried to take payment etc - rather than being (mis)informed that I had actively cancelled my subscription. Not a good way to treat listeners who are prepared to pay for content. I can only imagine the hassle I would have now if I tried to start a new subscription - probably to be told that I don’t qualify for a free 30 day trial etc.

This really does progress a medium which I have always loved! I have become a premium member which means no more tedious advertisements. Top quality streaming and you can even skip tracks. There are also separate stations (listening rooms!) linked to Jazz FM so ‘dinner jazz’ is a click away!
Not only that but.. you can also access Planet Rock, Absolute Radio (love their 70s station) and now Greatest Hits Radio!! All via the Jazz FM themed app.
It’s really very clever and worth every Penny!

If I was rating the music this would be a 5 star review but sorry not for the app due to a number of reasons that should be simple to resolve. Frequently non-responsive on play, stop play, skip back or forward etc. On selected shows goes to most recent earlier date but can change that from ‘listened’ to ‘start from the beginning.’ Often drops the premium status meaning a need to reload or annoying adverts, especially when listening thru blue tooth when driving and therefore unable to correct immediately. Today it’s also silent when attempting to listen to yesterdays shows on playback. Would also be helpful to have a day/time schedule and download capability
