We have been to Finlake four times this year and they have implemented this stupid app. On every occasion we’ve had to get somebody to come down with real keys to let us in as it doesn’t work. Plus only one person can have the access on their phones so restricts if we want to go separately. Rubbish!! Please bring back the key box!!
Useless - can’t share keys so can’t split up

Only one user can have a key assigned and they can’t share it with anybody else. In a 5 person party with an apartment it’s unusable.Refuse to use it. If you are booking accommodation and they tell you this is how you get a key, tell them you’re booking somewhere else and tell them why.
Impossible to open a door when…

It’s impossible to open a door using force while also tolling on WhatsApp, for example. The phone needs to be completely free for that. This feels like a flaw, and would like to be fixed.
