Really good display and easy to use.
2 issues:
1- was SO hard to turn off the message alerts as it for my son and linked to my phone I don’t want him getting my messages -he thought it was hilarious getting messages from Aunty (my sis).
Even turning all the message alert function to off he still got messages! Eventually found 2 solutions.
- turn off Bluetooth and only reconnect daily - not ideal.
- unbind device & delete app then and reconnect without allowing any permissions in initial set up. This sorted everything - but wasn’t clear on first set up that permissions can’t be changed once granted at set up. (Hope this helps others)

Other issue.
We find that every 2/3 days the device disconnects from the app- and I have to unbind it and reconnect it. Everything resyncs but it’s annoying plus the device looses the correct time when it disconnects for a while.
Please sort this so it stays connected or keeps the time! It’s a pain every 3 days saying no your watch is wrong again it’s not 5pm it’s 8pm - let’s reconnect it!

Hi this is really good app but when I woke up this morning it said that it was 00:02 and then i looked at my iPad and it was 07:56 and also my cat was laying on my JYouPro watch and it said my cats heart rate ❤️🤣 and i was at my friends house and her house is just down the street and it said that I had walked 1000
miles away from home 🤷🏼‍♀️ and right now it’s 09:33 on my watch it surprisingly it says that it is 09:36 so yeah bye 👋

This is my first smart watch, after refusing to pay mega money for an iwatch I bought into these guys at a fraction of the price.

I’ve never had sync problems or anything, if you turn the watch off for a while ( as I don’t wear mine every day ) when you turn it back on yes the clock is wrong but just open the app and it syncs itself automatically.

For £26 the watch has so many functions, it’s great controlling my Alexa music via the watch and I love the weather forecasting too.

Maybe the step / heart rate counter isn’t fully accurate, but surly it was only ever meant to be a guide not for hospital use.

One thing I would like to see is a tide time graph, so I can easily see high and low tides times, that would make the watch perfect for me.
