I’ve been using Kalda for a couple of weeks now and am really enjoying the app. The daily affirmations and gratitude entries have been helping put me in a positive mood for the day, and the meditations have been great just before bed. It’s so nice/ important to have tailored content for LGBT+ people by LGBT+ people - and it is clear the thought that has gone into the programmes. I’m looking forward to more content in the future. Would defo recommend Kalda!
