No you cannot use my microphone
This is a great app that enables you to listen to some excellent radio shows. The drop-outs caused by poor buffering seems to have been fixed.
However, the app now wants access to an iPhone's microphone - why is not explained - and if you deny access, it reminds you to give it access each time you start it up.
KCRW: No means no. Got it?
App does not play in the background
Could you fix this issue? Music stops when switching apps or phone is locked. Thanks.
KCRW Eclectic 24
I lived and worked in Los Angeles for a year in '95 and listened to KCRW whenever I could. I used to go driving at night around Santa Monica, Sunset Boulevard, Topanga Canyon, Malibu, up to the Griffith Observatory, and all these iconic places I'd grown up knowing only from films, with the top down on my 10 year old Chrysler LeBaron like the one John Candy drives in Planes, Trains and Automobiles, and KCRW playing full blast. I missed it so much when I came back to Yorkshire, but then wireless broadband Internet and iPhones and 3G mobile networks were invented and now I can listen to my beloved KCRW again morning, noon and night. Hooray!!!
