Keto Diet App is free to download. The upgrade to Premium gives you access to voice input, free typing input, barcode scanning feature, live support, full recipe and insights library. Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. You can also manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.

Having recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I was in total shock and did not know how to react. I was told to lose weight but I have been try years and only getting bigger. Having looked around I settled for this app, as I had heard about the low carb diet before. Honestly, the app is amazing… It helps you track your intake but more importantly for me it has a massive list of recipes, which are constantly updating. This helps enormously, and the detailed insights give additional insight into how the diet works. I have not been doing it long enough for an major change but I love the app and it’s given me the knowledge I need to try and put my diabetes into reverse and the subsequent knowledge to stay health afterward, god willing… I am a real person and have no connect to the app beyond buying it last week.. Hope this helps…

Update- I am now over a week into the diet, despite the strange response by others when I explain the details of a Keto diet, everything’s doing fine. The app has helped me to develop my culinary skill sets and I am quiet knowledgeable about how the diet works. I am finding the voice recognition nutritional information really useful especially shopping and have started mix and match meal options. I have dodged the kato flu and started to input more kato veg into my diet. Additionally, I am less bloated and have lost weight, which is amazing in this short length of time.

Keto working for me

About a month ago sitting around 203lbs and heading south, my wife convinced to try the Keto because it certainly worked for her.
This morning 187.5 on my scales, and going strong - I-have last meal around 6.00pm and eat breakfast around 10 or 11am - if I get a t- bone steak instead of trying force the full steak down - I make that meal into 3 meals- with asparagus or broccoli or a salad. One of the big moves was making a smoothie everyday- frozen spinach avocado few almonds - protein powder MCT oil and water.
Missing the odd day on the app - but trying really hard to stick by it and the advice the app gives on a daily basis is extremely helpful! So it’s definitely working for me and I am not craving bad carbs, and enjoying my smaller portions at meal times. The weighing everyday is vital ( I miss a few here & there ) but it quickly identifies if your eating too many calories even if they are healthy calories you will increase weight, and this can be a bit of downer thinking your not making head way, but I corrected this immediately - by being more honest with portion size and easing back on other things and results were back on track with in days. I would certainly recommend the Keto App for a healthy way to lose your fat.

Keto dietary

I’ve seemed to have got keen to this app because of its recipes and logging in macros. I am mostly impressed with the information that makes me understand the perspectives about Keto and strict carb rules. Although I’m an Indian cook and diabetic, it’s been hard in the past for me to know the proper knowledge of carbs than the importance of required fats and amounts of proteins. Whether I need this food or need to know the portion size meal that could go over the limit of my daily macro allowance. As being an Indian ethnicity in Britain it’s hard to keep off our traditional food that has so much daily carbs that’s unnecessary and so needs an alternative food changes to keep on track. Mostly it’s having chapatti or other carb meals with various bread types which should be avoided but sometimes is hesitating when eaten in a family for taste.
The recipes are brilliant and tasty and help loses weight sustainably. But by over limiting your daily macros by foods that cannot suit you and that needs lifestyle changes could put rapid weight back on. Keto diet is great but you definitely need to read the brief information guides and rules which will help your body balance out and by not going macro deficient which are the carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
