Best fruit and veg delivery
I love using Kibsons. Great quality, fresh fruit and veg. Quick delivery too and always on time. Will leave outside if you’re not in. I’ve recently discovered their stocking of the strong roots frozen selection too which is brilliant. Have recommended to many friends :-)
Downhill slope for Kibsons
I use them as a small business and also personally.
I spend a fortune with them and from what used to be amazing service they have slowly gone down hill.
Their mess up with accounts recently cost me money that I could not recoup from clients however they insisted on taking from me . Their own mistake! Stating they were a small family run business, they turn over +400 million a year but let’s not go there, and would not help. As a platinum member who has spent 10’ of thousands with them for his small business we are meant to get improved service with customer relations. However when I tried to resolve this and could not get help I insisted on speaking to Mgt. Two weeks I called mailed called mailed so on and nothing happened. Eventually too not get Mgt on line I was told same thing. So I gave up. Guess what? Now there app doesn’t work so we can’t order properly for our small business 👍🏾Maybe writing a scathing review might get answers from Mgt!
Freshest delivery in Dubai
Because you have the option to tip the pickers I think it encourages them to pick the freshest (most of the time) produce which is a great idea. Delivery is always 100% on time. The issues I have is range of products. You can only do a third to a quarter of your weekly shop with kibsons because its only a few speciality items sold. That’s fine I’ll do tho.
Love that they have non UAE produced meat and chicken items as I don’t eat animal products from countries that don’t consider animal welfare. Expensive but worth it!
The bakery and bread selection needs a lot of work. It’s really limited and everything I have had has been test dry stale or just awful.
