Since the update, I have not been able to access my wishlist at all. So I can’t find all the things I want to purchase, I’m having to go through all the different subcategories on the app to find what I want.
Really poor UX - items missing and cart being deleted

I really wanted to like this app having spent £££ over the years on the website but it’s borderline unusable. Not only do the filters exclude tons of products, there’s a constant pop-up of “sorry we’ve run into a problem” and then the app periodically deletes everything in your cart claiming it’s because “some items are no longer available”. The items are always still available when I go back to them, but besides this I don’t know why it deletes the whole cart even if one or two items did sell out? The cart also doesn’t sync to the cart you have on the website so you can’t switch from one to the other. I’ve tried using this app a number of times but ultimately end up back on the website because it’s just terrible.

When I first got this app it was easy to use, easy to find certain clothes but now especially with the plus size section it’s so difficult to find the clothes with the right size I put in 3xl 4xl in the filter and it just shows all clothes even if there’s not plus size option or if it not in stock, I love there clothes and I will still buy from them but I just think you should fix this it very difficult to find the right clothes for the right size.

I’ve only had the app an hour and it has refreshed three times as I’ve been trying to look through all of the clearance items. In additional frustration; the filters don’t work/update quick enough so you will see items in your size that are out of stock, wasting even more of your time. Also, you have to manually select what size to add to your wishlist even if you have already selected a size on the page… I could go on, there’s lots of quality of life adjustments needing made.
