HOW DOES IT WORK?

- Send your daily session to your Garmin, Coros or Apple watch, including paces
- Import activities from your Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Fitbit or Apple watch, or add them manually

The new update !!
The new update is amazing makes this one of the top running app. A few bits of feedback as an Apple Watch user, it would be great to include a 5 k training plan, I know at one point there was a improver will that be still coming ? If so it would be great to focus on speed and not for a specific time. Also could you use the the WorkoutPlan, within the ScheduleWorkoutPlan() to group the whole plan and send to the watch in the WorkoutScheduler() so the whole plan can be sent in one go, I build a personal app to do this and find it useful. One last thing could you also include custom PacerWorkouts() as the interface on the Apple Watch is great with them , thanks Conor

A training plan just for me!
Quite impressed that they have include recovery, stretching/ massage videos and recipe in the training plan! And asked so much about my condition before setting up the plan for me, have been following the plan for a month and I feel the training is comfortable and suitable to me

Great, just needs a little improvement
This is a great running app. I’ve used it for 10k and 5k races with great success. My main issue with the app is the video playback functionality. you can only pause and play the video and can’t watch in landscape. You basically do t have the controls you would expect from a video player... Pls introduce these. Also introducing a strength and mobility sessions to the plans would be great too!!
