Overall experience is excellent
I really like the user interface on my phone - a lot! I did my research and checked out all the major exchanges before choosing one. Kraken is the best as far as I’m concerned. Lowest fees. Quick set up and validation. Excellent security. Super intuitive interface. What’s not to like... Oh, and the quality of the Live Chat support impressed me. Much better support than all of the other ones I tried.

Do Not Use Kraken
I never leave reviews, but I made an exception for Kraken. I used the App for 2 weeks and it was fine. Deposits take around 15 minutes and withdrawals to my bank took around 24 hours. (I live in England). The App was easy to use but also lacked some important aspects and depth. The customer support responds but they were unhelpful to me regarding my situation. I made a deposit of 6000 but they randomly closed my account. I am still waiting for the refund…. They gave no explanation as to why and I was left confused until I read the reviews on here. Then I realised many people had the same issue. Kraken is randomly closing their accounts without explaining why. Because I don’t do fraud or anything illegal. I would not advise you to use this App because you can’t deal with a company that behaves in this manner. To feel safe and secure is the most important thing. Especially regarding money. You don’t want to wake up in the morning feeling like I did. Hopefully they will return my money now.

DONT USE! USE ANY OTHER CRYPTO PLATFORM!
DONT USE THIS APP. I put money into this to exchange into another currency to then send over to another app ( which is what this app is used for ) to then be told my account would be closed after 3 days without any explanation at all! After many many emails & calls to try and figure out why they was shutting the account I just got told they couldn’t be of help & could not discuss any details for “security reasons” I then had to exchange all my money back into my account to then discover they had taken £70 worth of exchange rates! So not only was they a useless service but they’ve conned me out of money in exchange rates for doing absolutely nothing. Terrible app & terrible customer service this app should be closed down or avoided at all costs! Don’t use unless you want to be messed around with these idiots!
