Understands your needs
This app understands your hungry desire and gets straight to the point of offering up local delicacies.
My only issue is with minor spelling mistakes through out that might scare people into thinking this new app is inferior then the other apps👍🏻
Disgraceful Customer Service
Kuick’s customer service is an absolute disgrace. I originally contacted them to complain about my order being late, some of the food being cold and dry, and one of the burgers being the incorrect one. I have had to chase this complaint 4 times, to which they have brushed me off every time stating that they are looking into it, with no more detail than that. It’s been 17 days since my original complaint and this complaint is no further on than my first email to them.
UberEats and Deliveroo are actually proactive when receiving communication from their customers, and are transparent and show care in their practices, whereas Kuick couldn’t be more opposite.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend at all.

First time ordering … want to say thanks to person who brought food and waited for me to get home.. the delivery was quickest ever from any online app .. if i had known its that quick would have never gone out … honestly really appreciate the driver waiting with food .. 💙
