App is difficult to use and has taken a different amount from my bank account to what is stated on the app which is definitely not right!!!

The app is a complete nightmare to use
Sadly, I’ve been trying to order since they updated it and I’ve not been able to. I’ve had to do it over the phone as it says I do not have the postcode to deliver to my area, but I can see my order history and I can never even just press on it to reorder. I wish I would sort out this issue.
