Pepe’s is the home of flamed grilled Piri Piri chicken. A franchise fast food business which has been around for more than 15 years. The flavors on Pepe’s menu are like no other. Over 165 stores in the UK, open for delivery, takeaway and eat in.

Delivery and Collection
Enjoy delivery or collection services from our stores nationwide. Some of our stores only offer collection but the food is delicious no matter the route you take to buy it. The Pepe’s App is easy to use, it shows the product you want to buy and offers suggested accompaniments to your order. You can make your order a meal and save money by doing so. If you are happy with the service and the food, you can also add a tip for the store team, which is always appreciated.
Why the Pepe’s App
Pepe’s is for everyone that loves freshly prepared food, loves flavors marinated in the cooking process and appreciates good quality products.
The Pepe’s App has all the menus nutritional and calorie information you need if you want to check any item for allergy or dietary concerns. The information is all at your fingertips.
Your Pepe’s favorites will be saved to your account. Any changes to your account details you can update immediately on the account tab.
When an order has been received and paid for, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. This confirmation is not sent until the store has accepted the order. Any questions regarding the order you also have the stores telephone number to contact direct, so you get a quick response.

Recent updates fixed the app
Prior to the most recent update to the app, the app very rarely worked. Now, it's functional once again. It's still a bit rough around the edges and could do with better wording on some items (such as when ordering a meal and there's an option that's "would you like some Piri Piri Salt?" it doesn't say they mean on your chips rather than on your main meal, it also doesn't say what go large means, etc) but as someone who visits Pepes a lot, I know what the options all mean.
As others have mentioned, having to pay 70p extra to use the app over ordering in-store is not fair, especially for click and collect orders and on top of the delivery charge, and you don't have to pay this charge when paying in-store. I don't mind paying a delivery charge, I do mind paying extra for simply ordering prior to arriving at the store for click and collect.
But anyway, the app is functional again, so that's what really matters.
App doesn’t work
Update April….
Don’t know what the Devs did, but the app works properly again.
I did get an email from the Devs, mid-April, but a while after whatever they did fixed the issue I was having.
Update 4th March: app doesn’t work again, just sits on the landing page, no scrolling this time just the chicken Update 29th Sept: Update seems to have fixed the issue we were having.⬇️✅ 8th Sept: How are we meant to order when the app doesn’t work?? It won’t move from the landing page, just keeps scrolling around & there’s no way to raise an issue to tell the Developers so it can be fixed. Plus, & this is the biggest bug-bare, why did you remove the order via the website option before you’d made sure the app worked solidly???

Ditching Deliveroo
I am fed up of Deliveroo and other third party delivery sites stacking my order with others and bringing my food cold. My Pepe’s have their own drivers and they always deliver hot. Plus the spin to win is always fun!
