I’ve been going to Fireaway for a while and chuffed to see an app, first time using it and had no issue. However I would suggest adding a pay by cash option for collections and streamlining the order in progress view as from when I placed the order to collecting it, the order progress hadn’t changed from ‘order received’ other than that, it works fine.

Always impressed to see the quality of Fireaway pizzas, I don't have that super bloated feeling afterwards. And great that they have a new app now, ordering was much easier!

Pizza is good but the app is unusable. Tracking no longer works, order receipt doesn’t show customisation options properly and groups things together, website shows no active orders even if you can see them in the app, tracking link in email doesn’t work. All in all it’s just useless and not good enough if fireaway want to be a significant brand

The previous app was bad, the new update is just as bad, only now it comes with the added annoyance of constantly giving you notifications that it’s being retired and to download the new app…. in the “new” app. Oh, and all your rewards from the old app? They’re gone.Fireaway, hire some proper devs and build an app that isn’t just your mobile website in a frame..
