Decent service etc, but the app is so bad, I have been ordering through it for over a year and they still haven’t fixed the order history section. My orders just cease to exist as soon as I pay and the only proof I have ordered is through the multiple emails they send, when all this should be in my order history section - notifications about my order and the stage the order is at etc. I can’t access any order history from any orders and it makes me scared i’ll miss the door!

They advertise the Big Tasty at McDonalds so we order. The order gets accepted by a driver. After 1 hour of no delivery, I contact them, to be told that that burger isn’t on, so “unfortunately we’re going to have to bring you something else, but don’t worry, we won’t charge you extra” - I should think not! I was then advised that “no McDonalds in the country is serving the Big Tasty.” Upon pointing out that this was neither McDonalds nor my fault - the brainless person seemed to miss the point entirely and took no responsibility for this being their error and simply kept repeating that nobody is serving it - the fact that their website is the one offering it seemed to go right over his head. When I advised we’d already waited an hour, he said “well now I have to take your first answer which declined our offer for another option” WOW. Absolutely useless. Total amateurs at their only function as a company. One delivery? Try Zero Delivery. 💩

Hello Fellow Lovers Of Eating.I have come here today to give this awful app a 1 star review. The 1 star is for Dylan and Dean. Dylan was very nice and gave me a conclusion and Dean kindly apologised for the delay.However, i had been waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for my mcdonalds. I ordered a meal and nuggets. I did not recieve it for a long time. When it arrived it was all greasy and tasted very sickly. May i also talk about the ridiculous prices!! I might aswell drive to Mcdonalds (which is about 30 mins away) and order this meal myself!! It would be so much cheaper. I only ordered two things (a meal and 9 nuggets) which would usually come to about 7 pound, yet when i paid through this app, it came around to 16 pound?Im sure this is not the managers issue or any of the employees, however i think alot of things can be sorted here.Many Thanks

So in my area delivery is charged at £6.95The app initially advised £3.95.In the order history my order status never changed from order placed. It took an hour from ordering the food to arrival, which I didn’t mind. It would be good if the pub could do something to change the order status to on its way in your app!A local taxi company text to say when the cab was arriving at the pub to collect the food, from here on it was guess work.Have you considered using Apple Pay or a camera facility to take a photo of the credit/debit card to speed up payment?Also have you thought of adding a tip on the payment page for the driver, in case your customer is out of cash.Would be great to have the choice of more restaurants/pubs currently three in my area so far.
