This is my first time writing a bad review. First of all I wasn’t lost a lot of money on the site, but the card was dealing absolutely murder it kills you 90% on the river card no less. No matter your opponent is 1/9 behind you. And when ever you all in with any hand include AA it will just end up getting beat. Card is always dealt to make you playable for any type of two card you holding. Yes you can win hands with worse hands most of the time. Like you opponent has AK and you would win with AQ AJ A9 any A hands with small kicker. Really? We all know the chance with that kind of card you would lose at least 8 out of 10 but in Ladbrokes poker trust me you win 5 out of 10 easy. What I suggest is play suited hand no matter what two cards are. Don’t play too aggressive on pocket pair even its pocket K cause no matter who calls program will make it happen to beat you.

Ladbrokes promote that you as a customer use there apps however I keep experiencing problems with the app and when I go onto live chat they tell me to use google Chrome to resolve the problem. (And that defeats the purpose of the app) what company spends money on a app to tell customers to just go online instead? Well....Ladbrokes clearly 🤷‍♂️ and to make it even worse is the fact This never helps as the problem still exists. It’s simply a case of being fobbed off by the online chat advisor who can’t be bothered to help and takes about four minutes to answer every question in the chat window as they are clearly going from chat to chat with different customers. So what should only take two minutes to ask four or five questions turns into a 15 minute mission to get a simple answer and to be told to clear you browser history etc...etc...etc..and eventually to just log in vie google. Great way to encourage customers Ladbrokes as other sites do the same don’t they?? No!! They don’t. William hill don’t as neither do Betfair so just you. So I would say To potential customers out there don’t download this app play online as it will save a lot of trouble and time wasting. If you want a app that works try one of the other big names out there. Good luck and remember to gamble responsibly.

I have had this app for a while, and it was great. I never deposited money as I only downloaded it to play the free games on the Ladbrokes arcade. Over the course of me having this app I won over £50 without spending a penny just from Ladbrokes arcade and free daily spins. All was well until I decided to withdraw my winnings. The next day after withdrawing, I try and log into my account and I get a message saying “we encountered a problem with your account. Please contact our customer service team”. I contacted them and they said it had been closed due to a “business decision”. Yeah I’m sure one person winning money for free is going to put Ladbrokes out of business smh. I had also won money on foxy bingo and coral, and when I withdrew my winnings from them they also banned my account with the exact same message. Luckily my winning did go through to my bank account with all of the three betting apps that I have mentioned having the same LLC name on my statement meaning that they are all under the same parent company. So if you want this app for the free daily spins and what not, just don’t withdraw until you are willing to lose your account. And please don’t give these crooks your money…BAD LOSERS!
