Hills have one of the best apps and websites out there in terms of user experience and the interface is easy to navigate and use. Hello everyone. Hope all is well. Whatever you do people please keep well well clear of William hill. The most horriblest toxic betting company I’ve ever come across. I won £30 on my free spins. Soon as I when to take my winnings out they looked my account for 2 week and wouldn’t open it so I could get my money unless I could provide an other from of ID. Baring in mind I’d already provided them with my passport, 3 bank statements. Gov issued ID card. Birth certificate. Signed Bank card front and back and they still asked for an other form of ID so I had to order a new driving license until they had no other options but to give me my (£30) free win ffs 🙄. Then precisely 2 weeks after that I won £385 starting off with free spins and when I when to redeem my winnings they looked my account again and said my account is under review until further notice and then accused me of having a gambling problem. Baring in mind I’ve never put a penny in the account for months. I only ever use the free spins. Well it’s been over 3 week and they still say my account is in review. As I said before other than football and another challenges it’s all scam trust me, I’m losing every week more than £500 in casino games specially big bass Bonanza games.They never make u win unless u lose more than £300 in a day then they’ll give u £50 back so u keep playing and lose another £300. Been using WH for a while. Good enough for my needs but I am getting more and more frustrated with trying to lay a bet and finding that there are no odds offered. I bet a lot on the golf but am aggravated because WH rarely offer anything on ladies golf. In fact I’m fed up asking. Live chat is crap as a well. I ask a question and am told the next available operator will be with me in 1 min and when the min is up it jumps to 6 mins and so on. May go try one of the others now and see if there’s happiness elsewhere.In addition to my last entry I confess to sticking with WH. But then I was trying to place a bet. I was offered ‘boost’ which I took to enhance my odds. Went to place the bet to be told that I wasn’t entitled to the ‘boost’ because play had already started.
