Feeling upbeat and won a couple of times in a row so I’m gonnae post the positives. It’s a trustworthy (obviously, 100 years plus, legendary, bla bla bla, all good) Hyper fast withdrawals ✅, (don’t know bout big ones but I would definitely tick ✅) I’m always skimming little malnourished sheep 🐑🥛 so I don’t get the chance to collect enough for cheese 🧀 making lol 🤣, but you should be good 👍 here defo. Promotion wise it’s a little restrained but never too short with the best proms steadily hoovering on betting the most volatile markets, namely Cricket, Rugby specials, etc which is kinda expected but not on par with the 🪤 trap-catch rat 🐀, “risk for both sides” approach that other companies offer really putting themselves at risk to catch a big fish that could have an actual chance at biting back hard., which is what we all want to do and the reason why we gamble. All in all there’s a lot to enjoy here if you like a wee dribble at gambling and the tools to keep your gambling safe are right there in your face so you can enjoy a safe ride. Good luck to y’all!

Love app as I hate being a girl going into the bookies, it’s intimidating!!

The app is brilliant as I haven’t a clue about how it all works but with the app I find it extremely easy to use and to place the odd bets which I have had quite a brilliant bit of luck with on the horses in 3 days I won just under £400 just putting on a couple of pound bets, not just then but every time I put bets on i always win and with the app it makes it so easy for me to understand so 5 stars from me! Only downside is the amount of texts and notifications on a daily basis it’s far too many , I can see how ppl can get addicted to it as every time I get these notifications and texts about 10/15 a day I’m sooo tempted to go bet again so as before the app is brilliant for the likes of me who hate going into the bookies but plz calm down on the amount of notifications and texts your sending every morn,noob & night

App is a waste of time.

Ladbrokes promote that you as a customer use there apps however I keep experiencing problems with the app and when I go onto live chat they tell me to use google Chrome to resolve the problem. (And that defeats the purpose of the app) what company spends money on a app to tell customers to just go online instead? Well....Ladbrokes clearly 🤷‍♂️ and to make it even worse is the fact This never helps as the problem still exists. It’s simply a case of being fobbed off by the online chat advisor who can’t be bothered to help and takes about four minutes to answer every question in the chat window as they are clearly going from chat to chat with different customers. So what should only take two minutes to ask four or five questions turns into a 15 minute mission to get a simple answer and to be told to clear you browser history etc...etc...etc..and eventually to just log in vie google. Great way to encourage customers Ladbrokes as other sites do the same don’t they?? No!! They don’t. William hill don’t as neither do Betfair so just you. So I would say To potential customers out there don’t download this app play online as it will save a lot of trouble and time wasting. If you want a app that works try one of the other big names out there. Good luck and remember to gamble responsibly.
