Updates are supposed to make apps better, right?

This app used to work fine and was my go to password manager. It wasn't pretty but it worked. They released a Mac update a few months ago which has taken it to being both ugly and unusable. It's one of the worst pieces of UI/UX design I've ever seen. Key features, like being able to launch a website from the app with all your passwords pre-filled (yeah, that's handy) don't work anymore. It just tells me the safari plug in isnt' installed (it is) and goes around that loop. The help team told me I can just type the address into my web browser directly. Yes, thanks for that guys. I know how to use the internet. Do you know how to make usable products? No. No you don't. This app needs an overhaul immediately.

Just Briliant...

LastPass in my opinion is the best password manager out there. I used to use Remembear, but in order to sync passwords with multiple devices I had to pay a subscription fee. I then looked at dashlane but realised there was a password limit. I heard about LastPass being talked about by youtubers and then I made an account, and It's completley free. There is a subscription service available but it isn't mandatory. It seems that you can sync your passwords with as many devices as you want, and have as many passwords as you want completely free. The mac app seems to work fine with me, however it does glitch a little when giving me a total number of my passwords and one time it will display that I have 189 passwords but on the next login it will display 207 even though I haven't added or removed any passwords between these logins. Other than that I have had no issues with it, even if you don't like the mac app you can always login on the lastpass website. I highly recommend lastpass to anyone!!!

Bring back support for this App!

This app is now unsupported. LastPass have emailed me several times over the past half year insisting that I switch to their website version of the app since they will no longer support this version. Each time I have uninstalled this version and switched to the new version from their website I've ended up uninstalling it and reverting back to this one within a week.

I hate the new website version, it is clunky, slow, buggy and has an awful UI. I don't care where I get the app from, but don't replace this incredible app with an awful piece of software. I expect support for this app to come back, or for the web version of the app to be brought up to par with this version.
