Overall a good, helpful app. Easy to use, good picture quality. But it would be nice if the app could prevent the screen from locking, just like the other LeapFrog Babycare app does, because when you’re watching the monitor, and your screen keeps switching off every couple of minutes, it gets quite frustrating. Also, an option to turn off the temperature/humidity pop ups, especially when it is such a small margin over what the app thinks is ok.

When the app is opened, it automatically unmutes my phone i.e. it increases the volume from 0 to 1, and it is not possible to mute while in the app (it keeps turning the volume back up to one). This is really annoying. Also, when you are playing white noise on the camera, it comes through on the app / monitor and you can’t hear anything else. In other words, if the camera is playing the white noise you can’t hear if your baby is crying or not. Plese make it filter the white noise out, you don’t need to / want to hear that on the phone.

Dear customer, there's a mute button on the live view screen where you can turn off the speaker volume.

The whole point of a monitor app is to be able to monitor your child. Unlike other baby monitor apps I have used, this one does not stop the screen from locking. This disconnects the camera so you can’t hear or see until you unlock your phone again
