Absolutely love the app and the monitor itself! There is hardly any delay (probably 1 second if that), notifications come through instantly when movement or sound is detected, also love the fact you can adjust the motion detector so it only picks up when my baby’s awake or moving properly instead of every head turn 😂 only slight thing I think doesn’t work as well as it should is the temperature is off by about 5/6 degrees each time, it’s not a problem for me since I have a thermometer in her bedroom anyways but would be issues if you are relying on that!

But overall the monitor and app are easy to use and exactly what I wanted! ☺️

This app was working well. The picture was clear. Easy to move camera angles and use light and sound functions. I was disappointed to find the motion and alerts were only saved as a trial short term and afterwards requires additional payment. However, it was serving a purpose until last night.
The app logged me out and would not accept my login details telling me they were incorrect. I attempted to reset the password and was advised there is no account registered to my email which is wrong. I have the original email to that account when I registered.
I then tried to set up a new account but was notified my details were incorrect. I now have an app I can’t log into and a monitor display unit that is redundant as it’s battery life is so poor and WiFi connection to it is delayed significantly, constantly cuts out and aerial piece has snapped and hangs off as it’s so flimsy.
I would not recommend this product. Trying to access customer service support for Europe is also not an easy task. I have sent an email but I am not expecting a hasty response

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code. Update - it is unreal that you are making it worse and worse with every update. The broken night mode is now fixed, however, with the latest updates you made the app streaming quality so bad it is unusable. Bad quality and excessive lags.. I have not had any issues when bought the cam.. Also why do you need to keep bugging us with constant password change popups? Seemingly the company's new mission us to annoy us.. Otherwise I don't see whats the point of all these nonsense 'updates'..

Hello, seems like the auto night mode toggle disappeared from the settings after updating to 1.1.29. Wife's phone has 1.1.28 and thats still works. Also, the app keeps logging me out since the update, hope its not the experience to stay. An other suggestion, could you change the icon of the light switch and the brightness setting to be more different on the display's software? Easy to confuse them during some sleepless nights when wanting to remove brightness but accidentally turning on the lights on the cam, waking the little one..
